LED Exterior Lights

Replacing all exterior lights and third brakelight with LEDs. The majority of the exterior lights have direct-swap LED bulbs. To do the turn signals, you also have to replace your turn signal flasher (under the dash) with an LED-compatible one.

The third brakelight requires a resistor (which dissipates quite a few watts) to be wired in parallel to avoid the ABS INOP light (the ABS computer expects a certain amount of current through the third brake light). Another option is wiring a standard automotive relay in its place, and just using the coil portion as a pseudo-resistor.
