Got up early and checked the weather. The weather seemed like it would cooperate for a stop in St. Louis to see the Arch, with the ultimate destination being Kansas City. There was a little threat of thunderstorms in the afternoon but nothing dramatic. Departed Atlanta and climbed above the overcast and had a fairly uneventful ~3 hour flight up to St. Louis, which fortunately was reporting mostly VFR around the area. The weather was good enough on approach, so I requested the Arch Tour from approach and they handed me off to CPS tower to coordinate. Overflew the airport to the river, did a couple passes by the Arch, and landed back at CPS. We ordered some fuel and borrowed the crew car and drove across the river into the city to grab some food and see the arch.
