Our final leg home was a long one, but the weather was relatively un-challenging. We were above a solid (but thin) cloud layer for much of the flight until reaching the Gulf Coast, and then by the time we were in Florida we had to do the usual Florida dodging of buildups. It's amazing that practically as soon as we crossed the state line we already had the usual towering cumulus clouds that characterize most of the year here.
Anyway, we had very little trouble picking our way through and we touched down in Orlando around noon to complete another awesome adventure! As an extra bonus, our friends invited us to an impromptu rooftop pool party, so we tucked away the airplane and headed to the pool!
